ARKANA: A K-9 WAR HERO

Trained in South Africa, this Belgian Malinois has traveled to war zones all over the world. Arkana has seen duty in Somalia, Sudan, Kongo, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan. During his career, he successfully detected over 300 IED’s and helped save many lives. Arkana himself has even been wounded in the line of duty.

Retired, now he was brought back to the States by George and Shirley Gruber. He lives alongside his best buddy, a bunny rabbit. He is a regular guest here at Dog Dude Ranch and we would like to take a moment to thank this warrior for his service.
