Miguel

We call Miguel the Godfather of the ranch as he has been here since 1987 and has the profound respect of everyone.

As the General Manager of the ranch, Miguel provides guidance on all aspects including the dog care and overall facility management. 

​

Miguel can literally read a dog to tell how they are feeling, what kind of personality they have and what kinds of dogs they would play best with. He also directs the team members on how to best care for the dogs using our unique model. And lastly, Miguel oversees the overall ranch maintenance and guides his team in the repair and development of our buildings, play areas and inner functionings.

Miguel is such a beloved part of the ranch family and the ranch would not be here without him.
